How do I create a Target Jobs account?+
Click Sign Up Free on the main site, enter your email and a password, and verify your email. You can start applying immediately after verifying.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?+
On the Log In screen, choose Forgot Password. We'll email you a reset link that expires after 30 minutes.
How do I delete my account?+
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, saved jobs, and applications within 24 hours.
Can I use one account for multiple email addresses?+
Each account is tied to a single verified email. To change it, use Settings → Account → Change Email.

How do I apply to a job?+
Open the job listing and click View & Apply. Follow the employer's steps — some apply on Target Jobs, some redirect to the company's site.
Can I withdraw an application after submitting?+
Yes. Go to My Applications, open the application, and choose Withdraw. The employer will be notified.
Why can't I find jobs in my city?+
Clear your filters and try broadening the location, or enable Remote-friendly to see roles that accept remote candidates.
Is applying really free?+
Yes, applying is 100% free for job seekers. We never charge you to view or apply to positions.
Profile & Resume

What file formats can I upload for my resume?+
PDF, DOC, and DOCX up to 5 MB. PDF is recommended to preserve formatting.
How do employers see my profile?+
When you apply, employers receive your profile and uploaded resume. Public profiles are also searchable if you enable Discovery in Settings.
How do I get a verified badge?+
Verified badges are given to profiles with a confirmed phone number, complete work history, and at least one uploaded document (ID or education certificate).
Job Alerts & Notifications
Get notified when the right role appears.
How do I create a job alert?+
Run a search you like, then click Save as Alert. Choose daily or weekly emails. You can edit alerts in Settings → Alerts.
I'm not receiving alert emails.+
Check your spam folder and add no-reply@target-jobs.app to your contacts. If it still doesn't arrive, contact support.
